3. Delivery

Digital products (activation keys, codes) are delivered electronically to your registered email or order dashboard immediately after payment confirmation. Delivery delays may occur due to payment verification or system issues.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for digital keys are only available within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The key has not yet been delivered to you.
• The key is invalid, already used, or defective.

Refunds are not available if you have viewed or redeemed the key and simply changed your mind. Sellers cannot revoke or deactivate keys once accessed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and purchased keys. Koilix is not liable for unauthorized use of your account or lost/revoked keys due to user negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Koilix is not responsible for service interruptions, game compatibility issues, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
